Georgia on my mind

We left the Frozen Tundra behind in the early morning hours today on a jet plane headed south. Our airplane/airport experience might need to be a whole 'nother post, but it went (mostly) well. Right now, our MSC are (miraculously) all asleep in our hotel room, Stellan in a most ingenious location.

I knew I was inventive. I mean, remember this? But I outdid even myself with our sleeping arrangements here. And, so far so good!

Two days ago I had a spontaneous photo shoot. Well, it wasn't supposed to be spontaneous. It just ended up that way because I totally spaced it. Completely forgot that I had a shoot until the mother/son duo walked in the door. Oops. They were gracious and patient as I grabbed my cameras and got situated.

Here's my favorite shot from the afternoon.

LittleZ

This photo was taken in the same grass as these photographs were, out behind our house. And 500 bonus points go to the first person to comment with this boy's name. I have photographed him before, and blogged about it, and I happen to think he looks the same as he did the last time I shot him.

Anyone?

Speaking of the tall grass out back, Pmp4u will have a chance to shoot her own red hatted little one soon, because she'll be getting a red hat with white flower from briar.claire, just like the one Small Fry has had before she unraveled it all.

That's right. Pmp4u (Shelly) commented on my last post, which I decided to make into another surprise contest. Gotcha!

And now, I've got Georgia on my mind. I'm off to unpack a little bit. We'll be here until next weekend. Praying I don't wake/step on any sleeping children in the process!! Oh, and also that the forecasted rain holds off for tomorrow, for we have a big day planned!
