I just had a thought. From now on when people ask you "Why in the world would you have 4 small kids?" or "Are they all yours?" you should say, "Well yes, we have such strikingly beautiful kids, we figured why not have lots more!?" That should TOTALLY be your answer! ;)

Looks like he had a great time! The pictures are great too!

Seriously, I've scrolled over those pictures twice, and I can't get enough. That is what being a child is all about. Great pictures!

Long to follower, first time comment-leaver. :) We have 4 kids too. When we adopted our youngest our other 3 were all under the age of 5. Our oldest is now almost 11 and I still get the question, "those all yours?" Yep, every one of 'em! Praying for Stellan and the entire family in Seneca, SC.

You know what's really beautiful?

How evident your love for your children is.

Did that little happy child grow 2 inches since you last photographed him? Seriously. Big Mac better watch out cuz his little brother might be a bigger brother before too long...

"Little in life is as wonderful to me as a happy child".

I completely agree...especially when it's your child (uh...I mean my child...uh...I may be confused...I might be taking myself a little too seriously when I said I wanted to share your Stellan...and I can't have Stellan without the others...are't these pics of our Nuggey sweet? =)

Darlee

P.S. I know it SOUNDS like I may be stalker material...but you have nothing to worry about!

It is just ridiculous how beautiful your children are! Those photos are incredible. I agree that there is nothing in life more beautiful than a happy child!

Still praying for Stellan's (and yours) health and safety.

Thanks for being here. You bring a smile to my day.

I hope I'm not to late to have a question for you. Your pictures are awesome and I really liked the photography lesson posts that you have had. I just got my first DSLR with hopes of taking great pictures of my kids. Could you please share what lens you use for the pictures you have recently posted of your kids. Thank you so much for sharing your story. I can't wait for the news of Stellan's arrival in just 3 days!!

What beautiful and sweet pictures!

And, on a completely random note- can I just tell you how funny it is that you used the expression "pine straw"!?! Hubby and I had a discussion about it while camping this weekend... he had no idea to what I was referring when I said "pine straw." (aka pine needles to him) Just glad I'm not alone on this one :)
Enjoy your last days of pregnancy!

What a fun, and happy childhood he's having.

Do I see Small Fry in the background... chewing bark perhaps?

I feel like an expectant mother myself, waiting for Wednesday. I'll be here, interceding for you in prayer.

With children like yours I would have four more! So lovely.

I love the simplicity of boys sometimes...

He looks more and more like Big Mac to me. What do you think? And who do they look like, more like you or more like PC?

Katie said...

Gorgeous pictures! They really capture his little spirit. He is just precious. Oh, to feel that free and uninhibited again...which is why I love children so much! Even when their inhabition means getting into Mommy's black mascara while she is getting dressed and proudly putting polka dots all over their blond hair and face. Which is what my angelic little son did this morning. 5 minutes before we had to leave for church. =o)And yes, I did take the time to snap pictures before I removed it. We were a little late.

ok so I haven't been on your blog in a few days and I just thought to myself,"what was I thinking because I could have missed the birth of this precious little baby and I have been on your blog for a few months now and if I missed it then I would have been bummed"
but it looks like I am still ok and waiting just like everyone else. so glad to know it is so close! will be praying for you and that all goes well according to God's plan. of course. nothing surprises God so everything that will happen will be in his plans right? ok just got the word from my hubby that I am being annoying as I type so gotta go to bed now.
